I am temporarily removing the ''(independant)'' from beside Psi Epsilon. As far as I know they are still recognized by the grand chapter and that is all they need to be in order to be considered a chapter. The part they are independant from is their univeristy. In 2001 there was an incident about the content of the chapter's newsletters. If someone can corroborate that they have had their charter pulled since then, we will removed Psi Epsilon from the list.
