Mladen Victor Wickerhauser, born in Zagreb, Croatia, in 1959. He is a graduate of the California Institute of Technology, and Yale University. He is currently Professor of Mathematics and Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri. He has three U.S. patents and more than 80 publications.
