Is there any rational behind the moving of major Japanese cities such as this to {name}, {prefecture name}? It's not as if they're obscure and easily mistaken, and London, Berlin etc. seem to survive perfectly well on their own User:Ianb 16:26, 8 Feb 2004 (UTC) :Basically for the sake of consistency. We are about to add more towns and villages in the future, and many names of cities need to be suffixed with a prefecture name to avoid a confict.
