In this saga, Cell (Dragon Ball), an evil Android (Dragon Ball) created by Doctor Gero achieves it's perfect form by absorbing Android 18, who was also created by Dr Gero. Cell achieves his perfect form as Vegeta allows him to do it, so as to have a challenge to his power. After achieving 'perfection', Vegeta is no match for cell. Mirai_Trunks fights Cell and powers up to incredible power levels. But Trunks is too slow in that form and cannot keep up with Cell's speed. Cell reveals that Trunks transformation is only a cheap trick and that everyone can do it. A fierce struggle follows, in which Cell keeps on closing in on Android 18, Trunks having some trouble with Vegeta and Krillin trying to save 18. Cell (Dragon Ball) however, turns things his way by blinding everyone with a Solar Flare. He shoots Krillin away, and despite a fierce struggle of 18 to save herself, Cell throws his opened tail over her and sucks her in. Krillin tries with all his might to stop him, but he is still blinded by the Solar Flare, thus he cannot prevent that 18 eventually gets absorbed, making Cell transform to his Perfect stage. *145.
