According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 7.9 square kilometer (3.0 square mile). 7.9 km² (3.0 mi²) of it is land and 0.33% is water. == Demographics == As of the census of 2000, there are 727 people, 264 households, and 218 families residing in the town. The population density is 92.3/km² (239.0/mi²). There are 282 housing units at an average density of 35.8/km² (92.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 99.04% Race (U.S. census), 0.00% Race (U.S. census) or Race (U.S. census), 0.00% Race (U.S. census), 0.00% Race (U.S. census), 0.00% Race (U.S. census), 0.00% from race (U.S. census), and 0.96% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Race (U.S. census) or Race (U.S. census) of any race. There are 264 households out of which 37.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 71.6% are Marriage living together, 6.8% have a female householder with no husband present, and 17.4% are non-families. 15.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 5.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.75 and the average family size is 3.07. In the town the population is spread out with 27.2% under the age of 18, 11.4% from 18 to 24, 28.2% from 25 to 44, 24.8% from 45 to 64, and 8.4% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 33 years. For every 100 females there are 102.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 98.1 males. The median income for a household in the town is $31,979, and the median income for a family is $37,083. Males have a median income of $25,333 versus $18,000 for females. The per capita income for the town is $12,603. 9.8% of the population and 7.9% of families are below the poverty line.
