Merrimack Valley RegionThe Merrimack Valley Region is an area of south-central New Hampshire, approximately 35 miles wide, centered on the Merrimack River, and running from Canterbury, New Hampshire south to the Massachusetts border. Henniker, New Hampshire marks the western extent, and Nottingham, New Hampshire the east. It includes portions of Hillsborough_County%2C_New_Hampshire, Rockingham_County%2C_New_Hampshire and Merrimack_County%2C_New_Hampshire counties, as well as the state capitol of Concord, New Hampshire, and the state's largest city: Manchester, New Hampshire.
