Ma Wan

Ma Wan (馬灣) is an island of Hong Kong, located between Lantau Island and Tsing Yi Island. Administratively, the island belongs to Tsuen Wan Districts of Hong Kong. Area: 0.96 km². Ma Wan Tung Wan Beach is located on the island. A large part of the island is occupied by the Park Island housing estate. It is supposed that a theme park accompany with the resident project, but it has no sign the theme park will be realised. ==Transport== The island is crossed by the Ma Wan Viaduct, part of the Lantau Link, linking Hong Kong International Airport to the urban areas. It is connected to Tsing Yi by the Tsing Ma Bridge suspension bridge, and to Lantau Island by the Kap Shui Mun Bridge cable-stayed bridge. Both bridges are also part of the Lantau Link.
