Leo Sayer

Leo Sayer (born May 21, 1948) is a performing artist whose singing career has spanned three decades. He was born Gerard Hugh Sayer at Shoreham-by-Sea, Sussex, England. He has had huge success with his single and album releases in the United Kingdom and United States. His initial style of wearing a pierrot style outfit and make-up was dropped in the 1970s and his now distictive curly hair is widely recognisable. His famous hits include, "Long Tall Glasses", "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing", the romantic ballad "When I Need You" and the remake of Bobby Vee's "More Than I Can Say" and Buddy Holly "Raining In My Heart." Most recently in 2000, "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing" was featured in the hit movie ''Charlie's Angels (movie)'' and was on the accompanying soundtrack album.
