I wrote up four proposals for improvements to the battlebox that would address your concerns about "battle before" and "battle after" in battleboxes. Please take a look at Wikipedia:WikiProject Battles/Battleboxes and comment at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Battles. User:Gdr 17:40, 2004 Nov 5 (UTC)

Hi, I thought you deserved to be nominated for an admin, if you haven't been before. Let me know if you don't want me to. - User:Taxman 18:03, Nov 9, 2004 (UTC)
:Well after a bit of a delay due to the moratorium, I have now nominated you. I certainly think you would make a great admin. - User:Taxman 22:41, Nov 11, 2004 (UTC)

== ADMINSHIP - IMPORTANT!! ==
Jeronimo, you were proposed for adminship a week ago and it will pass on consensus but you MUST accept or reject it or the nomination will have to be deleted. I will leave it up for an extra day to give you a chance to respond. See WP:RFA. -- User:Cecropia | User talk:Cecropia 21:40, 18 Nov 2004 (UTC)
Hey Jeronimo - just say the word and I'll promote you. User:Raul654 07:41, Nov 19, 2004 (UTC)
Congratulations! It's my pleasure to let you know that you are now an Wikipedia:Administrators. You should read the relevant policies and other pages linked to from the Wikipedia:administrators' reading list before carrying out tasks like deletion, protection, banning users, and editing protected pages such as the Main Page. Most of what you do is easily reversible by other sysops, apart from page history merges and image deletion, so please be especially careful with those. You might find the new Wikipedia:Administrators' how-to guide helpful.

== Article Licensing ==
Hi, I've started the User:rambot which has the goals of getting users to Wikipedia:Multi-licensing all of their contributions that they've made to...
#...all U.S. state, county, and city articles...
#...all articles...
using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (''CC-by-sa'') version 1.0 and 2.0 Creative Commons Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The ''CC-by-sa'' license is a true free documentation license that is similar to the GFDL (which every contribution made to Wikipedia is licensed under), but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles (See the Wikipedia:Multi-licensing for more information). Since you are among the Wikipedia:List_of_Wikipedians_by_number_of_edits most active Wikipedians, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at ''minimum'' those on the geographic articles.
:Nutshell: Wikipedia articles can be shared with any other GFDL project but open/free projects using the incompatible Creative Commons Licenses (e.g. WikiTravel) can't use our stuff and we can't use theirs. It is important to us that other free projects can use our stuff. So we use their licenses too.
To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the template (or for public domain) into their user page, but there are other templates for other options at Wikipedia:Template messages/User namespace#Licensing Templates. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:
:Option 1
:I agree to Wikipedia:Multi-licensing all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below:
:OR
:Option 2
:I agree to Wikipedia:Multi-licensing all my contributions to any U.S. state, county, or city article as described below:
:
Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace with . If you only prefer using the GFDL, I would like to know that too. ''Please let me know'' at my User talk:Ram-Man what you think. -- User:Ram-Man 21:16, Nov 29, 2004 (UTC)
==Bernard Williams==
Jeronimo, thanks for your comments on the Bernard Williams nomination for featured article. I wanted to ask you what you meant by there being no references, only links. I'm going to try to address all the objections with the next day or so, so any clarification would be appreciated. Many thanks, User:SlimVirgin 17:07, Nov 30, 2004 (UTC)
: Thanks for your reply, Jeronimo. I couldn't find how to add the copyright information on the image pages. Perhaps I'm missing something obvious -- I'll take another look. Anyway, the Williams one is open for use, and the Kant and Nietzsche are expired. Regarding references, I will add another list. Thank you for the help. Best, User:SlimVirgin 22:13, Nov 30, 2004 (UTC)
::Jeronimo, it's done. References have been added to article; and copyright information to image pages. User:SlimVirgin 23:11, Nov 30, 2004 (UTC)

I've moved Wikipedia:WikiProject Sports Olympics to the Inactive section of the WikiProject page, as it hasn't been edited since Nov 1st; as you are a main contributor, I wanted to let you know, and ask if you're still working on it. If so, feel free to move it back up into the active section. User:JesseW 07:19, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)
==Candy Broad FAC==
Thanks for your comments on that article - I'll see what I can do about the second and third points, but I'm afraid I can't do much about the first one. She's just a politician - no one's ever written a biography of her, and every detail I could find about her life outside of politics is in that article. I might be able to find whether she's married or has children, but that's about it. Do you think it's a big enough problem not to feature the article? I'll withdraw the nomination if you think so. User:Ambi 08:34, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)
:The information isn't available (or at least, as I said, without original research). I do see your point, so I'll pull the nom. (I'm a bit of a stickler for quality when it comes to FAs, anyway). User:Ambi 09:06, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)

==User:Michael Stonebraker==
Hello,
Please help me figure out what's going on at User:Michael Stonebraker.
There is an Michael Stonebraker about Stonebraker (and that's all fine).
But it seems that someone has also created a user-page for Michael Stonebraker. You moved some page to that user-page in 2002. The "user" has never contributed anything, and judging from that revision history of the "user" page, I think it looks like ''something'' went wrong at some point. Hi! Thanks for uploading :Image:Drenthe coa.jpg. I notice it currently doesn't have an image copyright tag. Could you add one to let us know its copyright status? (You can use if you release it under the GFDL, or if you claim fair use, etc.) If you don't know what any of this means, just let me know where you got the images and I'll tag them for you.

I don't think the article will be featured any time soon, but I was wondering about your first objection: ''An article about music needs one or more sound samples to get featured.''
So far, I haven't seen any sound samples in music articles, not even in hip hop, which is featured according to the nomninator of The Supremes. Can you point me to a page where I can find this discussed? User:MacGyverMagic|User talk:MacGyverMagic 08:50, Jan 20, 2005 (UTC)

Addressed some of your concerns (I'm a little uncertain on the copyright status of that trading card, though... fair use?) and replied to others. Am working on getting some book references added very shortly. He played one game during spring training in the Major Leagues so I guess there may be stats somewhere but I can't find them... I'll keep looking but is it worth it? Throwing speed is discussed in a sub section, do you think it needs to be made clearer?
Still waiting for the Orioles to write back... I'm not particularly hopeful they'll do so but you never know. Maybe APBA would be a better bet...
Thank you for your comments they where very helpful.

Hello. Your objection on Penda of Mercia's FA nomination is the only one remaining. Of your objections, it would appear that all but the 4th objection have been addressed; I feel that one is not really actionable because the period is very obscure and very little is certain about any of the information in the article. Would you mind reconsidering your vote? User:Everyking 04:17, 24 Feb 2005 (UTC)
