IchorIn Greek mythology, ichor (Greek ἰχώρ) was a mineral present in the blood of the gods that kept them immortal. It was sometimes said to have been present in ambrosia or nectar. When a god was injured and bled, the ichor made their blood poisonous to mortals. In the TV show ''Hercules: The Legendary Journeys'' (though not in Greek mythology), it is neutralised by the blood of the Golden Hind (mythology), thus rendering the god mortal. ==See also== *Mana Greek mythology See other meanings of words starting from letter: IIA | IB | IC | ID | IE | IF | IG | IH | IJ | IK | IL | IM | IN | IO | IP | IR | IS | IT | IU | IW | IX | IY | IZ |Words begining with Ichor: Ichor |
