Ichinomiya, ChibaIchinomiya (一宮町; -machi) is a towns of Japan located in Chosei District, Chiba, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Ichinomiya literally means "the first shrine" of the old provinces of Japan. In case of this town, it is the Tamasaki Shrine of the Kazusa Province. As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 11,600 and a population density of 503.91 persons per square kilometer.
