The Honda F20C and F22C engine is unrelated to the Honda F engine found in the Honda Accord. It shares many properties with the Honda K engine, and it is said (but yet unconfirmed) that the cylinder heads from the K-series and the F20C S2000 engine are interchangeable. It is the only Honda engine that is designed to sit longitudinally for rear wheel drive.
