George Clinton (royal governor) of New York was an important historical figure and his article should be expanded beyond the stub that it is. George Clinton (funk musician) seems to have a good size article, and a quick look at Google seems to put him ahead, for what that's worth. In general, I feel that unless one choice is way ahead of the others in terms of its recognition worldwide, the simple name should itself be a the disambiguation page.
