According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.5 square kilometer (1.0 square mile). 2.5 km² (1.0 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water. == Demographics == As of the census of 2000, there are 988 people, 341 households, and 308 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 393.3/km² (1,016.6/mi²). There are 347 housing units at an average density of 138.1/km² (357.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 94.64% Race (U.S. census), 0.61% Race (U.S. census) or Race (U.S. census), 0.00% Race (U.S. census), 2.94% Race (U.S. census), 0.00% Race (U.S. census), 0.61% from race (U.S. census), and 1.21% from two or more races. 3.54% of the population are Race (U.S. census) or Race (U.S. census) of any race. There are 341 households out of which 37.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 85.3% are Marriage living together, 3.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 9.4% are non-families. 8.2% of all households are made up of individuals and 4.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.90 and the average family size is 3.03. In the CDP the population is spread out with 26.8% under the age of 18, 3.8% from 18 to 24, 17.1% from 25 to 44, 38.6% from 45 to 64, and 13.7% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 46 years. For every 100 females there are 96.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 90.3 males. The median income for a household in the CDP is $197,904, and the median income for a family is $0. Males have a median income of $0 versus $62,614 for females.
