Delhi School of Economics, started in 1949, is a college affiliated to the University of Delhi. == History == Delhi School of Economics was conceived by a group of visionary educationists like Professor V. K. R. V. Rao and supported by the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru, who was its first president.
