This could quite easily be construed as you engaging (albeit somewhat covertly) in personal attacks against a group of editors at large...and while nobody, I don't think, has yet thought that the article makes you even remotely vandalistic or in need of banning, if such a discussion ever comes up, such characterizations are going to be among the first evidence presented. I understand you're probably feeling frustrated (or as I like to say, "conflusterpated"), but keep in mind there are policies that govern such things (and tomorrow, you'll agree, that they exist for good reason). BTW, while JayJG is the one who slapped the VfD tag on it, I think I was probably the first to notice the article and to point out that it had some troubling (from the perspective of Wikipedia's WP:NPOV policy) content. I didn't mean for you to be insulted, nor certainly to WP:BITE, and hope that eventually you'll understand that I pointed the article out because I strongly believe in the WP project and do my best to guard the spirit of its policies jealously. It was quickly attacked as "original" or "a humanist rant." My solution is based on a neutral solution proposed by User:TShilo12: remove the offensive parts & let them decide what to do with the article. The original content will remain here till it can be used in a more appropriate context.

A childlike mentality has multiple meanings. === Insult === It is often used as an insult: inferring that someone is overtly loyal to government or religion in a negative manner; or that one "cannot think for his or herself." === Religious / Cultural Mindset === Fundamentalist sects of Christianity (''also see Fundamentalist Christianity''), as well as minor cults, encourage their parishoners to behave in a manner that could be associated with childhood. It may also qualify as a form of Collective behavior (it is difficult to sustain outside a social or family setting that encourages it). *A belief that "all life is precious," and a preoccupation with birth (may encompass some or all of pro-life ideology): this has been derisively referred to as an attitude "in which they care only about birth & death, and nothing in between." Social conservatives do have seemingly contrarian beliefs against abortion and socialist assistance programs that would otherwise aid economically-disadvantaged parents of offspring (some believe that adoption would solve this issue). *A belief that profanity is, and similarly "negative words or thoughts" are, obscene for both adult and child. *A belief that sex is a taboo: usually not to be discussed at all. This is part of the abstinence-only mindset for those that allow sex education: teaching about anything other than when sex would be used, is believed by followers to cause their children to have sex "at an early age" (and therefore no longer "act as children"). *A belief that media should be censorship "for the protection of families and or children." Some religious groups advocate the filtering of content that is considered obscene for both adult and child. *A belief that there should be no limit as to the amount of children present in an applicable setting. A household filled with children is encouraged, and birth control is discouraged (it would prevent children & acknowledge sex). *A belief that "all are God's children," and to acknowledge his authority over that of one's parents. Also, the Old Testament belief of "Honor thy Father" is taken literally: parental obedience is considered unquestionable, except where God would supercede. *Sometimes, people that adhere to a mindset such as this may engage in bullying, name-calling, fighting, exclusion, and or banishment as methods of conflict resolution. === Descriptive Context === It is used to describe simple social settings.
