I notice that www.mackinac.org has a copyright notice at the bottom of every page, after all. If you're sure it's a mistake, add a note to the entry on Wikipedia: Copyright problems (under March 14) to that effect; you might specifically cite how Wikipedia's use of the text fits within the [http://www.mackinac.org/article.asp?ID=3469 terms of use] on www.mackinac.org. You removed an apparent duplicate entry in page 18. Normally, those duplicates are kept in place because they indicate EB has two entries on distinct topics with the same name, so we need two articles and a disambig before we can polish them off.
