It is an affiliate of CTV Television Network, through the ATV (Canada) regional system in the Canadian Maritimes. CKLT airs the same programming as Halifax, Nova Scotia's CJCH at all times, except some commercials and local news inserts. The station has always been jointly owned with its ATV sister station CKCW in Moncton, New Brunswick. CKLT is also the ATV station carried by Bell ExpressVu.
