CKLG is a Canada radio station, broadcast at FM radio 96.9 in Vancouver, British Columbia. This radio station is owned by Rogers Communications. In 2002, it was the first conventional radio station in North America to adopt the Jack FM brand and format, which was originated by an Internet radio streaming audio. CKLG started as an AM radio station at 1070 on the AM band in 1955, with a 1000 Watt transmitter. In 1958 it moved to 730 on the AM band and generally went by the name ''LG73''. In 1965 CKLG also started a FM network at 99.3. In 1979 the FM network changed their call letters to CFOX. In the 2001 the AM station changed their call letters to become CHMJ and rebranded as Mojo radio. In 2002 when the old 97 Kiss FM (CKKS) became Jack FM, they needed to change their call letters as the CKKS call letters were too closely associated with the "soft favourites" Kiss-FM format.
