Bwamba FeverBwamba Fever Virus is a Bunyavirus of the family Bunyaviridae. Bwamba Fever infection produces a mild illness that usually does not require hospitilization and is often mistaken for malaria. The virus was first isolated by the Uganda Virus Research Institute in Entebbe, Uganda from Anopheles funestus mosquitoes.
