Assembly of Kosovo (Albanian language: Kuvendi i Kosovës; Serbian language Скупштина Косова) is the highest provisional self-government and representative and law making institution of Kosovo. It is regulated by the Constitutional Framework. Most of the Serbs boycotted the elections, resulting in a less then 1% turnout of the Serbian population.
