American Congress on Surveying and Mapping

The American Congress on Surveying and Mapping or ACSM, is a international professional association representing the interests of those engaged in measuring and communicating spatial data relating to the Earth's surface. ACSM is comprised of several autonomous professional societies, namely: * The American Association for Geodetic Surveying or AAGIS * The Cartography and Geodetic Information Society or CAGIS * The Geographic and Land Information Society or GLIS * The National Society of Professional Surveyors, Inc. or NSPS Individual members of ACSM are members of at least one of these professional societies.
