However, looking at the ToothyWiki [http://www.toothycat.net/wiki/wiki.pl?RecentChanges Recent Changes], I suspect that most Wikipedians would feel that a wiki with only a couple of dozen changes a day is probably not popular enough for inclusion, unless there is some reason why it's particularly noteworthy (e.g. it's won an award, been in the news, etc.) That's only my opinion - you could always ask your question on the Wikipedia:village pump - you'll find a lot of people there with a better grasp of our relevant Wikipedia:Policies_and_guidelines than me.
