Akabori (赤堀町; -machi) was a towns of Japan located in Sawa District, Gunma, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. On January 1, 2005 the town merged into the expanded city of Isesaki, Gunma and no longer exists as an independent municipality of Japan. As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 18,603 and a population density of 763.04 persons per square kilometer.
